The edge of the cold front arrived as expected in the morning. There was strong wind from the east and squalls. The sky had a ridge of dark clouds to our north. It was another boat day.
Josie was dancing on the mooring ball. Fat Tuesday was behaving well behind the boat. We thought about putting up our anchor sail but were worried about the wind strength for it. It was gusting in the 30’s. David checked our chafe guard every few hours to make sure our lines were not chafing on the bobstay. Our mooring should be solid if our lines to it are good.
We seemed to have too much to catch the wind in the bow so we had to deflate my paddle board and bring some extra sails to the cockpit.

David made french toast for breakfast with our Bahamian bread. Delicious.

We read, looked at charts, watched the rain, tightened some porthole locks. We were dry. The edge of the front stayed on us through the day and night.
